Mountain bike riders are spoilt for choices in the Hobart area. There are a number of purpose built trails and trail networks, the most famous being the North-South Track.

This is a nice 60km loop that takes you around the side of the mountain and into the countryside.
Kingston Beach via Bonnett Hill
Distance - 32km
Climb - 390m
A shorter ride with great views of the Derwent river and the Shot Tower.
Richmond via Grasstree Hill
