Shop Rides

 

WEEKLY SHOP RIDES...
All riders are required to have a SAFE Bike & Helmet.
- Correct tyre pressure 120psi
- Front & Rear Flashing lights
- Spare tube
- Pump or co2
- Mobile phone
- Money for coffee

Wed 5.45am
Departs from shop carpark, easy town loop...finishes at 7.00am, feel free to join us a coffee at the Parkhouse Cafe.

Friday 6.00am JUNIORS GROUP
UNI COURSE,  Handley Street
Darren takes a  group of riders from 8ys to 17yrs and teaches them bike handling skills...the session is free and parents are very welcome.
 Fiinshes at 7.00am

SATURDAY  6.30am SHOP SOCIAL RIDE
Departing from the carpark, a SAFE steady ride lasting up to 90mins...experienced riders help keep the group together...if the group is too big, riders are split into 2 groups.
Riders who fall off the back off the bunch are not left behind either.
This Ride finishes at the Parkhouse Cafe at approx 7.30am
