Shipping and Delivery
Delivering your order to you in an efficient and timely fashion is one of our key priorities. Our delivery service is provided by Australia Post.
All orders received before 3pm on any business day will be dispatched on that day. All bike orders are to be picked up from your preferred Avantiplus store after assembly by a qualified bicycle technician.
Should you need to track your order, please contact Customer Services to obtain your order tracking number. Please include your Order/Invoice Number for reference.
Then got to http://www.auspost.com.au/ using the tracking number provided. Select 'Consignment Number' under 'Domestic Tracking' and enter your tracking number.
PLEASE NOTE: All parts and accessory orders are delivered directly. No store pick ups.

Charges are calculated based on your shopping basket contents and your delivery address. The exact charges will be added to the order at the Checkout stage of the order process. You can obtain a freight quote at this screen.
We strongly advise all customers to check goods thoroughly upon delivery before destroying packaging or removing any attached tags.
