The A+ Dynamic Bike Fit System will help you find your optimal riding position by recommending adjustments to tune your bike to your body. The A+ Dynamic System takes the concepts commonly used in a static bike fit but adds the essential component of movement. By combining sophisticated computer software and precise video footage, the system captures you in motion, assesses your position and measures your body angles while cycling. This data is then analysed to improve your position, comfort and performance on the bike.

FINE TUNING YOUR BIKE
The A+ Dynamic Bike Fit System allows precise adjustments to be made to your bikes components.

Seat height – Calculated by measuring the knee angle.
Seat fore and aft position – Set by finding the optimum knee position over the pedal axle.
Stem height and length – Calculated by measuring the effective upper body.
Handlebar angle and width – Adjusted in relation to arm length.
Brake lever position – Adjusted in relation to the riding arm angle.
Cleat position (clipless only) – For optimum power transfer and pedalling technique
